Summer Camp 2006

Last year we had our very first youth camp themed: KSP: ‘Kabataan Sabik sa Panginoon’. Everyone was very excited because as it was the very first time the church held this activity.

The 3 day camp was very exhilarating! I cannot speak for everybody but I’m pretty sure that everyone had the greatest time of our lives. From the “physically

abusive” trek up to the mountain where we course on a much steeper route (FYI…we were told that our group were the first one who tried that route) down to the site where we had a special time with the Lord.

The experience taught us that we were leaders in our own way. We were blessed by the fact that we truly felt God’s presence during those 3 days. He comforted us

and helped us through all those challenges. We came to know him more and learned to enthusiastically seek him.

Now again…on May 6-9, we are gearing towards
another 3 exciting days with the Lord. The second
camp spearheaded by the youth organization aims to win young people to Christ and be an effective witness to the world, develop personal values anchored on God’s word and living a life under God’s grace.
